GTI Training: Developing Cultural Acumen

The Global Training Initiative is certified by Berlitz as Cultural Orientation Approach (COA) Corporate Practitioners.
This training is intended for professionals who want to examine their own cultural preferences and learn to apply a systematic approach to navigating cultural differences. In this 2-hour workshop, participants will:
– Take an individual cultural assessment
– Investigate their own cultural values and why certain contexts are more challenging
– Participate in cultural simulations and scenarios
– Tackle real-life cultural case studies to determine more successful strategies
Participants will receive a custom, individualized assessment as well as a one-year subscription to Berlitz’s Cultural Navigator as part of their registration fee (a $99 value).
