An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 29, 2018

This interactive class will introduce you to the philosophy and practice of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese health exercise. Tai Chi is a form of energy cultivation and internal martial arts. You’ll learn the techniques of relaxation, breathing, and balance. Tai Chi offers health benefits such as reducing tension, high blood pressure, and arthritis.
