This Lunch and Learn series is funded through a grant from the Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC) and seeks to build capacity among campus professionals for supporting students’ diverse religious and worldview identities. This 3rd workshop will focus on cultural values as they relate to religious or secular identities. Campus professionals will be challenged to consider ways in which they can prepare for a diverse worldview in their role.

As a result of participating in this workshop series, participants will:
-Understand how worldview influences student experience at this institution
-Create safe space for students to engage on issues of worldview diversity
-Make institutional or curricular accommodations for students’ religious and worldview needs
-Recognize the importance of worldview engagement for students’ professional development
