Contest participants deliver a researched speech about an issue that connects with the theme. This year’s theme is “Speaking Up in Community” and invites you to advocate for a cause, issue or purpose from inside or alongside a community in order to create more just approaches to self-care, community participation, identity practices or justice in relationships, campus and beyond.
