Connections through Expressive Arts @ International Tea Time

Expressive Arts is a wonderful way to reflect on what is impacting you and explore what is important to you. Studies have shown that doing at least 45 minutes of art reduces cortisol (aka stress hormone) levels and reduces stress.
We invite you to enjoy meeting other international and domestic students and use creative arts to de-stress and build connections with each other. Counselors with a special interest in expressive arts will provide a thought-provoking prompt to guide your creative process, whether through writing, drawing, painting, photography, sculpting, composing, dancing, or any other form of expression you choose.
We will meet via Zoom. You may use whatever supplies you have at home.
You do not have to consider yourself a great artist to participate – this is about the process, not the product! No registration required. Come and create with us!
