Culture starts with food and how to make delicious Czech potato pancakes

What is the first thing you do when arriving in a new country? Before entering a museum, going to a concert, taking a stroll, you eat! Culture is first experienced through the mouth. In this video, NC State Prague instructors Ewa Grigar and Blanka Maderová present their newly added course to NC State Prague’s course catalog: “Sociology and Food” and will show you how to make a potato pancake.
